John O Sullivan,re your comment dec 27.
Dear John, since the bnp is a political party it is handling many issues at the present time,as you are probably aware we are due a general election in 2010, the party is involved in preparations for this,we as a nation need a change of government since our prime minister is destroying our nation,he is out there with Gore and the rest of the NWO crew, so though it may seem to many that this party (bnp) puts little effort into de-bunking the agw scam it is more a case of having a lot of other issues to deal with at the same time. best wishes bernard

By donkey, you probably mean (among others) people from over 130 countries who contributed to the IPCC Fourth Assessment Report over the previous 6 years. These people included more than 2500 scientific expert reviewers, more than 800 contributing authors, more than 450 lead authors and MANY nobel.

You probably mean as well (also among others),

*The joint science academies', the Canadian Foundation for Climate and Atmospheric Sciences, the Canadian Meteorological and Oceanographic Society, the European Geosciences Union, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (US), the National Research Council (US), the Network of African Science Academies, the Royal Meteorological Society and the Stratigraphy Commission of the Geological Society of London. WHO ALL give their support to the IPCC last report (2007).

That's a whole bunch of «uneducated»donkey as you say...

HAhaha, climategate brothers and sisters... You really sound like a sect!

While you say that biofuels are responsible for bloodspill, have you ever wondered how much blood has been spilled for oil? It is fantastic that in a 11 lines text, you achieved to talk about biofuels, world hunger, geopolitical conflicts, communism, etc...

Culture is like jam, the less you have, the more you spread it. Well spread, brother!

bernard, re: my comment of Dec 24: I checked the BNP website and quoted from its 'environment' page. Go check - it says climate change is “a threat to Britain” and opts for the ‘better safe than sorry’ principle.Seems like the webmaster over there is out of touch with the policy changes. However, I'm pleased to read the party leader has stated that AGW is a 'scam.'

I should keep my trap shut rather than speculating. Always happy to be educated and never write to mislead. I've looked around a little on the BNP website and read some background info. I hearily agree with their strong stand against illegal immigration. We have a similar problem here as you probably know. All that said I would suggest we tackle the issue at hand and I will constrain myself to it from here on.

Tom Roe, the BNP is a political party who stand firmly behind the positition that global warming is a scam, party leader Nick Griffin is an MEP and has spent much time talking to many in attendance at the conferance, the BNP has provided much proof of the sxcam on its website,so to suggest that the BNP is uncertain of its position on this matter is incorrect and misleading.

Not my fight specifically but the BNP may feel it has bigger fish to fry. Climategate.com and the good work being done elsewhere may change that position as public sentiment shifts further in our favor. Of course we might argue that organizations like the BNP do themselves a disservice by taking a pass on climate change. A win in one area builds strenght in others and a vice versa.

Bernard, thanks for the link. Unfortunately your party hasn't caught up with Climategate as yet. When referring to the environment the BNP says climate change is "a threat to Britain" and opts for the ‘better safe than sorry’ principle. Sadly, this isn't at all in line with my deep convictions that there is not a shred of evidence that mankind is contributing one iota to catastrophic climate change. Climate change is wholly natural in origin and is merely a stalking horse for socialist world government. The BP’s "better safe than sorry" stance is merely a re-hash of the socialist 'precautionary principle' which is a green light for government to take away personal liberties merely if it suspects any risk to the environment - it doesn't even need evidence! Sorry, Bernard, I wish you well and everyone will welcome your support here, but the BNP offers nothing constructive towards remedying the current socialist wave of eco-fascism
