Al Gore pops up at the New York Times to preach to you

Don't you wave that finger at us as you preach, you coward.

I tried, I really, really tried. It’s my job to read things like today’s New York Times editorial by the Messiah himself, Al Gore. But I’m just getting over being sick and after a few paragraphs, I felt that I was having a relapse. I had to stop in the interest of my health. But I did learn in what little I read that we’ll have to tell our grandkids that we were all climate “criminals,” for causing an “unimaginable calamity requiring large-scale, preventive measures to protect human civilization as we know it.”

So, I need you, dear skeptic, to read through it –if you dare — and let me know what you think: We Can’t Wish Away Climate Change

And by the way, I just have to say what a complete coward this man is, hiding out for most of the last few months, avoiding the calls for debate, and then today popping his head out just long enough to preach his gospel from the pages of his sycophant, the New York Times.

Read through it–if you dare–and let me know what you think.: We Can’t Wish Away Climate Change

After reading the SPPI report dated 7 Dec. 09 (a historical date by the way) I have my ammo locked and loaded. Together with my 40 years of weather studies, first as the participant child of a county organized storm spotter, then as a pilot, and finally through college education (including chemistry, physics, meteorology, geology, and astronomy) and keen interest I have my opinions about climate and how science is supposed to be done!

I don’t know how the SPPI paper was received, but it does match very accurately with my understanding of the subject. I suggest it as reading for anyone interested in the climategate issue.
