Bill Nye the Science Guy versus Weather Channel’s Joe Bastardi
Here’s a segment from The O’Reilly Factor last night where Bill Nye the Science Guy debates Joe Bastardi from the Weather Channel.
I have to say, even though I’m heartened to see some coverage In US Media, and in this case on Fox News, debates here pale in comparison to those found on TV in the UK, where they aren’t as interested in closing having a debate that is merely just a few soundbites and then to commercial.

I’m afraid that the BBC manages to include the Global Warming alarm message into lots of its programmes.
I’m watching one now and it’s like watching propaganda – ‘How the Earth Made Us’ on BBC2. It’s supposed to be a science programme and it’s outrageous. It’s comic book stuff and I can’t watch it any more.
I’m afraid that you cannot expect too much from Bill Nye; his main claim to fame was having a mediocre kiddie show on PBS, a broadcast company so liberal that it features Bill Moyers as a “non-partisan journalist” & relies heavily on taxpayer funding to stay afloat.
PBS will never – ever – say anything contrary to what the IPCC clergy says, therefore Nye will not risk his meal ticket by becoming an apostate.
Bill Nye asked one great question who interest are there reports for. I would say for massive grants to clueless global warming people, wind turbine manufactures making millions with your money. This is the great fraud in history. Spain is bankrupt and they still spend billions on wind turbines. Suppose to snow 1 foot in NYC must be global warming
CO2 on Venus 965,000 ppm.
CO2 on Earth 387 ppm.
Bill, Nigh on stupid, needs to better inform himself.
From his argument it would seem that Solar variation is causing warming on Venus, so I guess he must feel the same about Earth.
