A friend of mine believes that while there has been a decline over the last 8 years (against an otherwise upward trend, and still above the longer term average) that the rest of the science is so well supported that deniers are just jumping on a rather insignificant fact when faced by the tidal wave of otherwise solid data. Jokes they may be in what they did, though are you denying the wider body of evidence? or simply capitalizing like the rest of the skeptics on this lone incident?

James, defamation laws require the allegedly defamed to file suit.I’ve called them out but unless they file their cause of action there’s nothing more I can do other than repeat my allegations that they are crooks. If they don’t mind their characters being trashed then so be it-its fast becoming a free for all- they are a total joke.

Just like Monckton Ive called them every variation on the term for ‘fraudster, crook, liar’ etc. but still no takers. Wonder why? ; )” Why don’t you stick it to them John? Its so clearly a large scam that surely you can take down anyone!

So Mr Jones is to be ‘the scapegoat ‘for the government ????? It will be reported in the media that all sorts of terrible things are going to happen to him…………….and then the sands of time will magically melt it all away.

Possibly because suing for defamation is extremely expensive and if you are not particularly wealthy they might not get their costs paid.

There is no offence of ‘conspiracy to corrupt’ contrary to the Criminal Law Act 1977. However, conspiracy to commit fraud is an offence contrary to s1 and conspiracy to defraud is an offence contrary to common law.
