Monster Washington snowstorm screws up new NOAA Climate Change office announcement, but website ready to go with its propaganda
We just minutes ago reported on the new propaganda unit Climate Services office the US government’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is opening. Well, it turns out all the global warming that is being dumped on Washington DC has forced them to rearrange the announcement.
The press conference was to be held at the National Press Club, but the persistent snowstorm expected to dump at least another foot of snow, is now going to be held by telephone,
We thought we’d leave you with something that would make you skeptics feel better about the new Climate Service office. It’s obvious with this excerpt from the press release, that they will offer pure, unbiased science-based information:

And the temperature image on the right that we grabbed from climate.gov should give you comfort that they do not believe the science is settled. Especially when you read the caption that goes with it: Has global warming stopped? That’s what some climate skeptics claim, based on global temperatures recorded since 1998. But, scientists say, not setting a new record high temperature each year doesn’t mean the globe is cooling.
We don’t believe in reincarnation, but it sure sounds like a rebirth of the now dead IPCC.

It does not take a genius to work out that you are dealing with a political machine, and it’s need to protect a very large ‘gravy train’ and enterprise. The truth is nothing more than an inconvenient obstacle to overcome. Bring on the spin machines and set them at full. But, the ‘cracks’ in the AGW scam are so wide now, and the public are very wary and are looking at the financial implications.
The game is up. No turning back.

OK. It’s been a long day, but I thought that I might log on to see what’s new. I am treated to the following quote from the brand-spanking-new “Climate Service Office”.

We’ll know more about them once the “weather” in Washington permits “civil discourse”.
So, that is where science is at. You begin your research with a conclusion. No one in the MSM sees a problem with that statement.
Please, I haven’t asked for much throughout this fiasco. All I ask, is that once the “scientists” that crafted this gem are identified, that I be given the opportunity to debate them.
Time to resurrect this one, a comment from the year 2000:

“Children just aren’t going to know what snow is,” he said.
When this was ridiculed by sceptics on another site, one of Dr Viner’s ‘warmist’ defenders said that sceptics were picking on “one of the giants of climate science” – makes you wonder what sort of stuff the pygmies are coming out with!
