Police pension fund conflict of interest raises question of Climategate cover up
Legal experts have advised me that the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), not the Information Commissioner’s Office nor Norfolk Police, should rightly be handling the ‘Climategate’ investigation. This policy has been in effect for over twenty years. I am reliably informed that in England, since the Roskill Report (1988), all serious fraud investigations are taken away [...]

Penn State decision on Michael Mann due on this week
Penn State’s Daily Collegian is still on the job, tracking the investigation of Professor Michael Mann. It reports today that the two-month long inquiry has concluded and will release their findings later this week. The inquiry’s findings will determine if they will continue to investigate Mann further.

Prosecutor humiliated in Climategate U-turn:
charges “tainted”
It now turns out that last week’s statement by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) that alleged climate con man, Professor Phil Jones could not be prosecuted was wrong. Sterling journalism from the UK Telegraph is now assisting our campaign to bust the climate crimes being hidden by implausible cock ups by investigators of the Climategate scandal. Christopher Booker takes up the baton raised by my article that this farce is spiraling out of control and is not being intelligently reported. It appears the ICO “misread” the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Now, was that done accidentally or deliberately?

Thanks Dr. J.P. Costella: the climate floodgates are opening
John Costella’s study has been accepted by all sides of the global warming debate as a faultless exposure of the trickery and deceit of public-funded climate scientists intent on bolstering the now discredited theory of man made global warming.

UK Freedom of Information Act “flaw” prohibits prosecution in Climategate scandal
A “flaw” in the UK’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) prevents any prosecutions for alleged fraud and malfeasance of public office by climatologists at the UK’s Climatic Reseach Unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia (UEA) who wilfully abused the FOIA

Royal Society capitulates on climate debate in worst week for global warmers since Climategate
All the good news for climate skeptics is coming in a rush. At the end of a most successful week for so-called “deniers” of the global warming theory (no, not a fact, Al), the alarmist environmental lobby has been shifted seismically backwards on all fronts.

The shit hits the fan: UK Parliament to investigate CRU
The UK Parliment has just announced that the Science and Technology Committee will be investigating the shenanigans of the Climate Research Unit (CRU) at East Anglia.

Is the NOAA, not CRU, is ground zero for exaggerated warming data?
Smith and D’Aleo accuse the NOAA, NCDC and GISS of manipulating temperature data to give the appearance of warmer temperatures than actually occurred by trimming the number and location of weather observation stations.

Allow me to correct you, UK Climate Minister Ruddock
I wish to share with readers the ongoing correspondence I am having regarding climategate with the British Minister of State for Climate, Joan Ruddock.
