Solar shield engage! Crazy solutions for non-existent problems

The earth cooled the last decade and bitterly cold winters are slamming the globe. So is it really necessary for geo-engineers to spend our tax dollars finding ways to lower temperatures even more by reflecting away sun rays with space mirrors, spraying sulfur compounds into the atmosphere, dumping iron into the sea, “planting” artificial trees, and a host of other crazy ideas?
