He questions how his country will be able to avert its looming shortage of energy, with 40% of their generating capacity set to disappear in the coming years as they close 14 major nuclear and coal-fired power stations.

UK leads the way in spending billions to achieve no benefit

The UK government want to encourage people to put solar panels on their roof. I don’t like to state the obvious, but clearly the government are as clueless about UK weather as the University of East Anglia.
