Spend climate change money on space travel for an eventual exit, if necessary

If we’re all not going to die from global warming, it’s still possbile that the earth will face other threats of extinction–real ones. Why not use the money wasted on climate change propaganda and use it to plan an escape route from our planet someday. This is the opinion of Paul Johnson in the American Spectator.
