Yes, it’s true, despite the shame and discredit that Dr. Rajendra Pachauri has brought upon the IPCC, the socialist government of Finland has opted to reward this fraudster for assisting in attaining the ‘prize’ of one world un-elected socialist government based on criminally falsified junk science.
