Journal of Climate study asks why CO2 has not warmed the planet more

In a study to be published in the Stephen Schwartz of Brookhaven National laboratory and colleagues examine why the planet has not warmed as much as many climatologists expected during the Industrial Era as atmospheric levels of CO2 have risen. The journal of Climate is a publication of the American Meteorological Society.
