Senate seeks to can EPA’s “CO2 is a pollutant” regulation

Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), ranking member of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, introduced a resolution of disapproval to overturn EPA’s ruling that CO2 is a pollutant.
