Fact-checking Al Gore’s “rising tree mortality” statement

Gore is quoted as telling a United Nations audience we have “rising tree mortality.” Murder. We Flat-Earthers are responsible for murder. And if we are murdering trees, the world is becoming less green–literally–right? Hold on, not so fast!
