The pushback launch party was held yesterday in LA. In attendance were Al Gore, Bill Gates, The Founders of Google, and similar billionaire cogniscenti of the tech world. Gates keynoted the event by publically affirming his belief in AGW and calling for a “zero carbon” world. Emerging briefly from his “undisclosed location” Gore claimed that only a few more signatures were needed to push Cap and Trade over the top in the US Senate. Using the power and influence of their massive money bags the audience will now apply pressure. The pitch will go something like this… you know we have the funds to defeat you in the next election. We are now demonstarting we have the will to use the money. Sign or else. I’ve said it before: if we are measured by the strenght of our enemies we are mighty indeed.

Boulton spent 18 years at the University of East Anglia School of Environmental Sciences, before moving to the University of Edinburgh:
Professor Boulton was an employee of the University of East Anglia for 18 years, from 1968 to 1986. It was in the UEA’s School of Environmental Sciences, the very institute under investigation, that Boulton established his academic career. The CRU is part of the School of Environmental Sciences.
