  1. The media are beginning to get the idea that Climategate just will not go away. The majority of people are justly skeptical of the notion of ‘man made global warming’,and spot a gigantic gravy train in progress.

Sweet. The glacier seems to have sped up and rolled right over the IPCC. If I may… Hon. Brad Miller (D-NC) is the chairman of the investigations and oversight sub-committee of the House Committee on Science and Technology. Brad’s of course a greenwiener at heart but he’s also a politician. His main interests are obtaining funding for major NC colleges and keeping the enviromental wacko’s in the old hippie community of Asheville happy. Like his mentor Bart Gordon of TN, Brad wants to tack moderate on most issues except AGW. This is actually a profile developed by algore Gordon’s own mentor “slightly left but not outright crazy” Please take a moment to go to the Committee’s website, click the sub-committee’s tab on the homepage, and send Brad-boy a polite letter requesting he conduct hearings. He’ll be happy to hear from you :)

First, I have to say: How the hell have I not come to your site before? I’ve been obsessed with the lies from the media, scientists and politicians since the first break in the scandal. Man, I feel as clueless as most in the media for having just discovered you – Great site!!

Anyway… Finally!! Finally the media gets it. Shouldn’t this be the other way around? Shouldn’t the journalist be doing – I don’t know – investigating (like the handful of heroes who’ve kept on this scandal)? I’m not talking about this clip. I mean all our talking heads in the US. Pathetic! Of course, the US media will be last to pick up on this.

This site is wonderful. I’ll be back!

Indeed, hats off to Russia Today. Let’s also acknowledge that they were among the first to break Climategate itself.

  5. @ecph, yes – its ironic how the former repressive Soviet system now appears the model of free speech by putting the world’s press to shame and doing REAL journalism on the biggest science scandal of all time.

Here’s a link to the Vancouver Sun….this is starting to get out more. You can only hide stuff like this for so long, then the truth starts coming out.

  7. Benzopf says:

This is good but not an indication in and of itself of the media “getting it”. RT got it from the beginning, so nothing to see here…

    • Editor says:

Yeah, we know. You’re right. Guess I was feeling optimistic when I wrote that–it’s been a good last week or so for skeptics.

      • Joe Keough says:

Right. Small victory. Take them where you can get them. Never let up thinking that you’ve struck a blow. We can’t afford to let up. Never.
Forward facts. Call them on every lie. Ask the tough questions.
