Time magazine says global warming still going strong

The Time magazine article (in th Health section?) started out so well:

As the blizzard-bound residents of the mid-Atlantic region get ready to dig themselves out of the third major storm of the season, they may stop to wonder two things: Why haven’t we bothered to invest in a snow blower and, also, what happened to climate change?

Our excitement immediately wore off as we continued reading. Here are some of the quotes that was obviously meant to tell readers that cold temperatures don’t mean the world isn’t warming.

Brace yourselves now — this may be a case of politicians twisting the facts. There is some evidence that climate change could in fact make such massive snowstorms more common, even as the world continues to warm.

But there have been hints that it was coming…That’s in part because of global warming — hotter air can hold more moisture, so when a storm gathers it can unleash massive amounts of snow. Colder air, by contrast, is drier; if we were in a truly vicious cold snap, like the one that occurred over much of the East Coast during parts of January, we would be unlikely to see heavy snowfall.

But as far as winter storms go, shouldn’t climate change make it too warm for snow to fall? Eventually that is likely to happen — but probably not for a while. In the meantime, warmer air could be supercharged with moisture and, as long as the temperature remains below 32°F, it will result in blizzards rather than drenching winter rainstorms.

I see why they put it in the health section. We feel so much better now that we know global warming is still intact, and we haven’t wasted all those research dollars.

With this mentality they really can’t lose can they?

Heat-wave, drought, melting ice – well that’s obviously global warming isn’t it?
Snow storms, cold-snap, thickening glaciers – well now that’ll be global warming as well!

We’ve even had that ‘expert’ celebrity Danny Glover telling us that the Haiti earthquake was due to global warming. Once you’re this deluded there’s no turning back.

Are there any warmists that know the difference between ‘Cause’ and ‘Effect’?

Nope, just like they can’t tell the difference between causation and correlation…

Is it possible that they had stockholdings in Cap and Trade rackets and expected to reap huge profits?
The snake oil sellers are continuing to sell us the CLIMATE snake oil to enable them to offload their toxic holdings.

TIME and again we have to tell them “WE DONT BUY IT”

The media and political activist environmentalist extremists’ job of controlling the group-thinkers is so easy: Simply plant the idea that no matter what happens in the climate it’s due to man.

They know their little lockstep minions will listen and regurgitate verbatim without question.

“It’s a blizzard!! Proof of global warming.”

“There’s a drought! Proof of global warming.”

Or if you’re completely useless masses of flesh in the form of what are supposed to represent (but are a complete embarrassment to) women, then you’d join that cackler Joy Behar and that useless fool Eve Ensler (she who thinks talking about vaginas will save the world. Yeah, Eve baby, tell that to the women in the Middle East who are too busy getting stoned to death) in these sort of hysterics:

“Earthquakes are caused by global warming!”

The global warming hysteric media and politicians have it way too easy. Their unquestioning mob is so malleable. Sad.

My what short memories these news media have. Anybody remember the story of the British scientist declaring that AGW would result in children never seeing snow?
And will these news media now be convinced that the OLD snow record of 1899 was also caused by AGW?
