Virginia Attorney General disputes EPA’s CO2 ruling

This week, Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli filed a petition that challenges the EPA’s recent finding that CO2 and other greenhouse gases conttibute to alleged climate change. Way to go Virginia. Let’s see more states step up and fight this out of control Obama Administration EPA.
